I'm 5'8 and weigh 142. I have some fat on my stomach and would like some abs to show. I heard you can lose 2lbs a week by burning 1000 calories a day from your ususual intake.
Some days I just skip lunch so I'm still wandering why I haven't lost any fat?How much calorie teenagers need?
The reason why you don't lose weight when you skip lunch is because you slow your metabolism down. If you eat every 3 hours, even if its just a little (and its healthy), your body will process food faster.
You must burn 1000 calories to lose a pound of fat. So, go ride a bike or start swimming. That way you'll get stronger and exercising will be no sweat. Swimmers have best abs....
