There are numerous 24 hour fitness and Bally's gyms around the portland metro area, including Beaverton. These are likely to have the most equipment and other things (sauna, etc), and are probably the most expensive.
The Beaverton YMCA is a cheaper option, and I believe they have a free 1-week trial coupon on their website.
The cheapest option is the THPRD gyms at Cedar HIlls and Garden Home, both of which have weights and cardio equipment.
