Yes, because maybe after school the child has no way of calling their parents on directions. But then again if the student is in the middle of class and is talking on it while people are working, then there is your problem but still i don't think that people that haven't done anything wrong people are supposed to suffer for the people that do wrong.Should teenagers and teachers take their mobiles to school?
If yes, then I hope there are rules about cell-phone etiquette.


Not taking social calls in class. Not using the built in features such as cameras secretly on people. Not using it to cheat on tests or exams by texting friends. Sadly there are so many people that are not polite when using thier cell phone.
