I hear this constantly. ';I'm like talking to my boyfriend and like my little brother comes in and he like interupts me and wow, like am I ever mad'; Like in a sentence has no meaning so why are you using it?Why Do Teenagers Use the Word ';like'; in speech all the time?

It is a hold over from jive talking. One generation cursing another with its flaws of speech.
sometimes its because they are nervous and need a word to fill in the silence while they are thinking.
