i am just asking if the MI6, CIA, FBI and MI5 recruit young agent let's say between the age of 15-17. or do they just recruit over 18s.Are teenagers in the MI6 as in do they have young spies?

I would not have thought so. It would be far too dangerous.
This is get real time. That's fantasy thinking that you're engaging in. These are intelligence communities and they're going to recruit people who've, at minimum, completed their college educations and are on track for post graduate (Master's, PhD, Post Doctoral Fellowship) work and/or served in the military in information/intelligence related positions with 'exceptional performance' reports. So a candidate for these kinds of service is likely to be anywhere from 25 on up into their 30s or even 40s.
Look at the website. Quite honestly, the pay is derisory.
