You should eat in moderation. Don't eat sat. fats, trans. fats, or most processed foods. Eat many veggies and fruits (they have sugar-fructose- which is the good kind, processed sugars-high fructose corn syrup-should be avoided). Lean proteins like fish, chicken, beans (also considered a starch), help with protein, brain function, and keep you fuller longer, therefore you don't eat as much. Whole grains and nuts will also keep you full and give you a lot of fiber. Starchy veggies like corn and potatoes shouldn't be avoided but just manage how much you eat since you are on a diet. Water is a necessity for weight management. If you must take a trip to a coffee shop just order the basics since the frappucinos or the like are loaded with carbs, sugars, and fats!

Anything in moderation. Diet in teenagers is less important than exercise - personally I feel you'll get far better results promoting swimming, cycling and sport.





Their heart, lungs and muscles won't get to the peak of efficiency with just foods no matter how healthy and nutritional.






i'm italian, i have breakfast with a cup milk and integral cereals, at lunch i eat 40 gr of pasta with vegetables(zucchini, eggplant, tomato, broccoli etc.)in the afternoon i eat a fruit and when is winter i make stewed apples.


my dietician tell me that the secret to lose weight is eat little at evening, i eat vegetables(spinach, salad, fennels, string beans, etc.) and yogurt or vegetables and proteins( fish, meat, eggs).


when i take weight i remove the pasta and rice for a week and at lunch i eat roast pumpkin, vegetables or ,somedays, millet with vegetables.


i don't eat pork, salami, fried, sweets, sugar, snack, soft drinks.


i'm 15 and i'm 47 kg
early morning u drink 2eggs, and after one hour breakfast (idly)


in lunch time take vegetable meals and night time take chapathi any nonveg item daily eat rice not for good in health to improve u r body shapes mostly important in salaads taking.dont eat any oil foods.
No fried foods and very little sweets and carbs absolutely no bad ` fast foods, try to eat all natural foods



Fast food isn't the way to go. And drink atleast 1 cup of Green tea each day.
no bread, no potatoes %26amp; no sugar...that should do it. eat fish, chicken, nuts...high protein foods %26amp; you should stay trim.
