lolz i dont think so..no..because firstly its not with anyone else..secondly its healthy for you..thirdly you cant get pregnant (if your a girl) or get STD's...plus thats not even considered sex...so dont worry..
if it is taught by certain churches or faiths it may, mostly in school in new york where i live they go by the policy

I've heard of some that do, and some that don't...so I think it just depends on who's teaching it.
