Any tips for losing 15pounds for teenagers?

i'm 5ft and weigh 133 pounds. i seriously need to lose weight but don't know how. i don't want to take any diet pills.Any tips for losing 15pounds for teenagers?

limit yourself to 1500 calories a day. When you wake up in the morning drink a glass or two of water then get breakfast, something small, stay away from carbs. Your breakfast should be around 200 to 300 cal. Two hours later have something small like three almonds or a couple blueberries or two strawberries. Two hours later get lunch, half a sandwhich some fruit or some veggies. Two hours later have another small snack like before.Two hours later have dinner something very small some veggies and some fish, just something small so your not eating a lot before bed, Make sure you are drinking as much water as possible all day don't drink anything else besides water. Eating every two hours will help you increase you metabolism.Also exercise as much as possible. the more you do the more weight you will lose. good luck
Good you should never take those dumb pills. One they have TONS of side affects-and usually don't work. I thank you for taking the ';true'; path. I will be glad to help. Do the following and you can loose 20 lbs. in 1-3 weeks. (I told my friend this and she lost 10 in the first week.)





Breakfast= 1 or 2 eggs with whole wheat bread-other option is cereal, milk,and fruit


Cereals-Anything high in whole wheats, fiber,calcium,and Vitimen D


Lunch= Sub-Way, or and meat with any veg. or salad


Dinner= Any meat and any veg.


If you nead a late night snack make it a small bowl of cereal. (Preferably Honey Nutt Cheerios.)





Run/Jog for a total of 3 miles a day. You don't nead to all at ounce


Do 200 push ups a day. Or (10 every 5 min)


100 sit ups be for bed


300 squats a day. (20 every 10 min)


100 burpess in afternoon


50 crunches


100 leg lifts and rises on each leg


60 jumping jacks every 10-20 min.


30 can openers


30 suicides


100 pull ups a day


100-200 side crunches





Swim laps if you can. (Swimming is the #1 exercise for everything!)





Do all this 5 days a weak and you will be good, but...you still have to do the jog on the extra days unless your body hurts!
Drink LOTS and LOTS of water. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere you go because it helps keep you full. Learn to love exercise by joining aerobics classes, using workout videos, and listening to music while running. Start by running a mile every other day, you don't have to run the whole way, but promise yourself every day that you will run a little more than the day before.


As for food, I suggest eating Special K cereal for breakfast, which is what I like to do. Try yummy recipes for veggies by adding spices, sauces, etc. Cut out food from packaging and prepare fresh foods instead. Fresh fruit, veggies, lean turkey, etc. are things you must consider.


If all this does not do the trick, seek help from your doctor or a dietitian. Hope this helps :)
girl i hear ya.im ALMOST a legal midget. 4'11';! and weighing at almost 125 i did almost anything i could to lose weight. but once i got into a good routine of exercising and eating healthy im down to a cute 103 :) my best advice would be exercise vigorusly every other day, taking the weekends off.and avoid any food you look at and think :junk:
um you'll loose like 8 pounds if you don't eat ANY MSG! and no pop not diet or anything.nothing but water.oh and btw.msg(mono sodium glutamate) has lots of diff. names so look them up and write them on a piece of paper and keep it in your purse so you can tell if stuff has msg in it.that's how i lost like 10 lbs
The first step is to take some time and think about what about your lifestyle can be the cause for you being slightly overweight.





Once you identify the main problems, start creating new habits to kick yourself into shape.





Just remember not to starve yourself and to exercise :)
Best way to lose weight is to run,just when you hit the 20 minute mark and feel exhausted,that is when you actually start burning off excess energy stored as fat.
