Healthy eating and excercise for teenagers?

i am a teenager and overweight. What type of foods and healthy eating plan should i follow to get fit and lose weight? I began gaining weight when i left soccer about 2 years ago and now i just started back up. What should i do,should I workout prier to my soccer pratices?Healthy eating and excercise for teenagers?
before you go to bed do simple excersizes.


eat good foood.


stay in soccer.


drink lots of water.


excersize alot.


dont sit around this summer. get active.Healthy eating and excercise for teenagers?
i think that yoyu should work out on the days you don't have soccer practice and stay awya form food inbettween meals.
