Do you think doing more to enforce driving laws will help prevent teenagers crashing and dying?

I'm doing a research project and need more info.!Do you think doing more to enforce driving laws will help prevent teenagers crashing and dying?
probably not, most teens drive like a bunch of lunatics these days.. they are all to reckless behind the wheel.. Maybe if we took away them licenses, maybe..Do you think doing more to enforce driving laws will help prevent teenagers crashing and dying?
i say yes. im a teenager too but i say yes because most teens i know drive without care because ';theres no cops around';. If the chances of getting caught were increased then the risks taken would shrink.

Increasing the punishment wouldnt help that much, but hidden detectors that could get them busted out of no where would definetly make them more cautious as they might be being watched at any time.

but once theyre sure no ones watching, theyd go back to doing it. teenagers are stupid, i dont think that will ever change
No but I'm all in favor for insurance companies to raise their rates as the see fit for high risk drivers.

Don't people get sick of more laws, you know it waste time for real problem that need to be solved by our representatives
No, because teenagers will still be reckless and uncaring about the laws anyway. Im a teenager and have heard this firsthand. Most of them have no regard for the law.
I did a Yahoo search for ';studies teenage drivers'; and got quite a few links.
