Teenagers and Young Adults at guadalupe State Park in texas?

Me and some of my friends, some younger than 21, are going camping at guadalupe state park the weekend of the 21-23 of november. We plan on drinking a little bit but having any kind of wild party. Some of the younger ones are worrie dthat even if they dont drink they will end up with MIP's. Is the location have cops that are real strict or are we gonna be able to hang out and not worry about silly things like that.

Thanks i really appreciate it

If they are underage and found to be drinking they can be cited for minor in possession.

In addition, whether underage or not the following are Class C misdemeanors at Guadalupe and all Texas State Parks regardless of age.

(j) Alcoholic Beverages.

It is an offense to consume or display an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a public place or sell alcoholic beverages within a state park.

It is an offense to:

2. cause, create, or contribute to any noise which is broadcast, or caused to be broadcast, into sleeping quarters or campgrounds, or which emits sound beyond the person's immediate campsite, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., whether by shouting or singing, by using a radio, phonograph, television, or musical instrument, or by operating mechanical or electronic equipment.

3. use electronic equipment, including electrical speakers, at a volume which emits sound beyond the immediate individual camp or picnic site at any time without specific permission of the director.

4. create a disturbance by causing excessive noise by any means.

I was cited many years ago by a Guadalupe Ranger when a beer bottle was found sitting on a table in the area where we were camping.

It was not adjudicated, because there was no evidence that it was our bottle, since we weren't at the site at the time. But they can be strict.Teenagers and Young Adults at guadalupe State Park in texas?
The county doesn't really matter, until you are driving home. Guadalupe River State Park is the property of the Texas Dept of Parks and Wildlife, and the laws and regulations are enforced by the Park Rangers.

They are usually not very lenient with excessive, or underage drinking, and open containers will get you in trouble.
Is the area you will be in located in Comal county. If so, you better be real careful Comal County is real strict...even with adults drinking.
