What stores sell nice clothes for curvy (NOT fat), short, teenagers?

I have normal measurements for a tall adult, but for a five foot tall teenager, my body looks freaky in normal clothes. My sizes are all messed up. I'm not fat, but whenever I wear anything from Charlotte Russe, or American Eagle, or Aeropostale, it ends up making me look that way. I've looked at questions like this on here already, but there's only one, and the only good advice was to wear skinny jeans. What stores sell nice clothes for curvy (NOT fat), short, teenagers?
The stores you mentioned make cheap clothes that are unflattering on most people. Try shopping at stores for some more quality fashions. Buy what fits your body and your personality, not what brand seems popular at the moment.

Teen clothes do not fit curves. Most teens have no hips and a small bust. If you are curvy, don't wear juniors sizes, try misses or womens. Try burlington Coat factory for Calvin Klein brands or Macys or Von Maur. What stores sell nice clothes for curvy (NOT fat), short, teenagers?
They have a medical procedure that might help. They break the bones in the legs, attach metal rings and, over an excruciating amount of time, slowly stretch your bones until you are a normal height.

It is extreme, but discuss it with your pediatrician.
You can try stores that specialize in petites. Unfortunately there are not a ton with younger styles -- Banana Republic and J Crew.

J Crew is really decent sometimes. I really like their new skinny jeans.
