Can a 15 years old teenagers do workout?

i am 15 years old, i started do push up since 13 years old when i join police cadet. Through my obervation , i can see my triceps is bigger than my biceps becoz of push up. And now i am going to do weightlifting, is it ok? And also i want to have a strong hand (not arm)Can a 15 years old teenagers do workout?
Are you training to be a police cadet?





You don't need to be really fit to be one, just fast enough to catch the bad guys, and strong enough to arrest them.





Weightlifting is a little much. You should wait until your body is a little more developed.





Just be as active as you can in PE, and joining cross country and wrestling helps you get in REALLY good shape (my brother did both in seventh grade)Can a 15 years old teenagers do workout?
weight lifting does not affect your height, its a myth. If anything it will benefit you because you will be taking in a lot more calories and nutrients.
You will die instantly and painfully if you try to workout.
Push ups are fine but weightlifting could have a bad effect on ur height.
