I would go with the protein. If you are over the age of 16 or even better 18 i think you could benefit from it, but if you are under that age you could begin to harm your body. Just go to your local health shop and ask for a protein supplement and they will point you in the right direction.

You can get it daily from regular food such as chicken or fish. You can also supplement it. Most nutrition stores have ';whey protein'; mixes, which taste horrible, but give you a great source of protein.
