Who has full custody or all rights to their baby if their teenagers?

my boyfriend said he has all rights or full custody of our baby when i have it and if he moves back in with his parents i dont think this is true but im young and new to this could somebody help me plzzz????/Who has full custody or all rights to their baby if their teenagers?
the MOTHER of the child is usually rewarded custody by default.. you know- if there are no standing orders in place already, you would have custody.

But, there are exceptions, like.. if you're returning from a drug/alcohol rehab unit, jail, or he had proof to show you were a bad parent.. he could have been awarded temporary custody.

if you live alone, and he moves back in with his parents, that does not give him any right to have the baby. There needs to be a justifyable reason as to why you are an unfit mother, and he will need to prove it... unless you prove it by your actions (abuse drugs, hit the child, etc)..

don't worry too much about it. The mom is usually the most favorable caretaker of the child. I had a teen pregnancy %26amp; was a teen-mom, it's scary! I had some of these same questions, but nothing bad ever happened %26amp; my son is in my custody .. he's 3 years old now.

GOOD LUCK~ you have a long road ahead of youWho has full custody or all rights to their baby if their teenagers?
oh no, that's your baby, and don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. If you are not married (which I would assume you're not) then you automatically have joint custody of the baby unless you go to court to get sole custody (it will be much easier for you to get sole custody of the baby than for him to so don't let him say he has all the rights). You need to educate yourself on your rights in this situation or you will be taken advantage of.
He is a retard, no he does not have the rights when you have the child. The sad thing is, is that whoever has the child at the time kinda has the temporary rights. If you feel the child is in danger from him, all you have to do is call the police and you do NOT physically have to hand over the baby, now if there is a court order it is a different story. BUT its true for him too, if he decides that he does not want to give the baby back, he doesn't have too. Its AMAZINGLY IMPORTANT to have a court order, cause if you dont, whoever has the child....has the rights. I have sole custody and no visiation, I do not trust my ex to be responsible, so if you have any doubts about trusting him with the baby, do NOT let the baby go with him. Say he takes the baby, and goes to stay with family somewhere, YOU cannot make him hand over the baby, even bringing an officer will not help, cause like I said, whoever has the child, has the rights. Hope this helps, good luck girl!
i guarentee he probly wont get the baby.

courts are very sypmathetic to moms.

cause

A: you had the kid

B: if ur breast feeding

you have more rights then he does to keep ur baby

fight for your baby!!
well your the mother and you will always have custody i was pregnant at 15 and now im 17 and my son is 1 now but your going to have custody of him always
I don't think its true. Because am a teen mom and I had full custody of my son.
You have all rights unless he signed a declaration of paternirty. if he did, then he has as many rights to your child as you do.
